Money Multiplier and Velocity of Money

Pls see chart below

This is the chart for the Money Multiplier in the US
It can be seen that the MM has collapsed even further - I mean even below the lows of 2008/09
This is showing very clearly that deflation is winning and gathering momentum as well
In spite of this huge stimulus in 08 and 09 and 10 - the MM is still below 1.
It is sending a very powerful message that everybody seems to be ignoring at
the moment

The below is the chart for Velocity of Money
You can see that it is below 2008 level and falling
Stimulus money from FED has not been able to raise the velocity of money
This is very important and makes a solid case for the coming deflationary crash ahead

The above is the chart for the Velocity of Money for Japan since 70s.
You can see that even after the peak in 1990 , BOJ conducted several QE programs and pumped billions into the system - but the velocity did not rise and currently is at a multi decade low.

It has been 20 years since Japan peaked and with so many QE attempts they have failed to raise the velocity.
This is exactly how the US will look like in the future.

I reiterate my message - CREDIT CONTRACTION WILL OVERWHELM MONEY PRINTING.

WE ARE HEADED FOR A CRASH THAT WILL CAUSE CREDIT TO SHRINK

THIS IS A CLASSIC CASE OF HOW DEFLATION/DEPRESSION/CREDIT BUBBLE BURSTS PLAY OUT

The peaking of the baby boomer demographic in US and Europe will add fuel to the fire. This is as per Harry Dent.
I agree with him.

The Japanese baby boomer peaked in 1990 and we have seen its effects.
This is also as per Harry Dent.
